Prepare yourself for the first of 2016
Tom's January Publicity

Since the snow came, all my wife has done is look through the window. If it gets any worse, I’ll have to let her in.
It was so cold this morning I had to scrape ice off the car windscreen with my discount credit card. But I only got 1% off.
The weather forecast was for a few inches of snow, but when I woke up there was/were miles of it.
It’s raining cats and dogs. Well, as long as it doesn’t reindeer.
It’s hard to be as fit as a fiddlewhen you’re shaped like a cello.
We meet at Avonway Community Centre at 7.30pm on alternate Wednesdays. Our website, www.fordingbridgecameraclub.org.uk has our programme for the season. It is a mixture of talks by visiting top photographers coupled with opportunities to show your work and have it commented on by experienced photographic judges. Visitors are always welcome for a small fee. In addition to our regular meetings we are devoting many evenings for those who want, as a group, to set themselves new challenges and then to review the results collectively. These additional sessions have proven to be very popular but are only open to club members. Our speaker on the 9th March is Sheila Haycox, (well known for landscape photography) and, on 13th April Paul Keene, a highly regarded wildlife photographer will be talking about “From Here to Eternity”. This contains excellent photography of wildlife in audio visual sequences. The Eternity section features patterns and effects. Visitors are always welcome for a small fee.
