I have a spelling chequer - It came with my P.C. -It cheques out all of my miss takes - The ones I cannot sea.- Eye put this poem threw it. - I’m shore your pleased to no - Its rite in every detail. - My chequer tolled me sew!
The Fordingbridge Camera Club may not be much more able than my pc’s spell check to help you with your spelling but they can help you with your photography. We are a friendly, go-ahead club meeting at Avonway Community Centre at 7.30pm on alternate Wednesdays and our season re-starts on 10th of September. Visitors are particularly welcome to this first meeting. You will have the chance to meet us, enjoy some refreshments and see what we do. Our website, www.fordingbridgecameraclub.org.uk has our programme for the new season. It is a mixture of talks by visiting top photographers coupled with opportunities to show your work and have it commented on by experienced photographic judges. In addition to our regular meetings, we are devoting many evenings to Creative Photography for those who want to explore more advanced aspects of photography. The Practical Photography group is aimed at helping members who are new-comers to photography.
Susan Brown FRPS, a famous landscape photographer, is one of our speakers later this year. She is fully aware that the eye does not always see things the way the camera does and considers photography to be the art form of painting with available light. Her images are stunning. If you are thinking of getting into photography don’t put it off any longer, come and join us!
In the meantime I am taking care of my procrastination issues too – just you wait and see.
